The chalets of Cloud Nine Wilpattu sit close to the shore of a mangrove covered lagoon just moments from Wilpattu National Park and the beaches of Kalpitiya. There are ten chalets in total. Functionality is prioritized with comfortable beds, quality bathrooms, and standards amenities including tea/coffee making facilities. It is the private patio, surrounded by trees for complete privacy, that makes these rooms so special.

The Deluxe chalets are spacious enough to hold up to four people, or you can opt for the Superior Deluxe chalets which are designed for couples. The Superior Deluxe chalets feel more intimate with an in-room Jacuzzi area.

Guests can choose from several meal plans ranging from breakfast to full-board. As well as the restaurant, resort facilities include a swimming pool and bicycles for exploring the estate in style. You also have the option of boat rides on the lagoon and guided walking tours in search of lorikeet birds.

During the day, venture out to the nearby wildlife hotspots for incredible sightings. Spot dolphins on a boat ride at Kalpitiya, and take a jeep drive through Wilpattu in search of leopards, sloth bears, and a host of other exotic animals. Birdwatching is also incredibly rewarding in many places in this area.
